This is an investment note that functions like a term deposit. It offers an opportunity to invest funds for a pre-defined period with guaranteed returns. The security of the investment is also guaranteed. There is an option of roll-over after the pre-defined period. The funds are then invested in a wide variety of very liquid assets (e.g. quoted shares, securitized assets, government securities, real estate etc.)
