	BRIG. GENERAL (DR) J.O. AYENI (OON, MD, PhD)
	MR. FEMI OLUWADEKO (MSc., MBF, ACNIM) OTUNBA (DR.) F.O.OLUKOGA (MBA, PhD, CITN) Director of Townserve Microfinance Bank Ikorodu Otunba (Dr.) F.O. Olukoga, an Alumnus of Governor's State University, Park Forest South and Illinois USA, where he obtained MBA in Marketing/Industrial Relations and PhD. in Public Administration. He has had over 35years experience in the Leadership, Parastatals governance and Education. He is currently a Director in Townserve Microfinance Bank Ikorodu. He also chaired and directed at one time and another, Ojo Local Government, Personal Income Tax Committee, Cannibalization of Komatsu Plant Committee, Chartered Institute of Taxation Students Registration Committee (CITN). He served on the board of Tafawa Balawa Square Limited as a Director representing the state government. Among many others Otunba was in February 2005 to May 2007 the Lagos State Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Youth, Sports and Social Development where he retired. He is a devoted Muslim and Staunch member of Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria. The author of one of the best sellers in management shelf today titled "Managing People". MR.SAKIRU OLANIPEKUN OYEFESO (MBA, NIA, CIIN) Pioneer Managing Director/CEO of STACO Insurance Plc Mr. Sakiru Oyefeso is the pioneer Managing Director/CEO of STACO Insurance Plc. He is a seasoned insurance practitioner with more than thirty years experience in the field of insurance. Sakiru Oyefeso started his insurance career in National Insurance Corporation of Nigeria (NICON) in 1978 and since then, he has been active in the insurance sector. He will forever be mentioned in the success story of organisations such as Leadway Assurance Company Limited, Financial Assurance Company Limited, and a host of others. This is because of his immense contributions to these organisations as an employee. Oyefeso graduated with a distinction honours in the school of Management & Business Studies Department of Insurance from Lagos state college of Science and Technology, which is now Lagos State Polytechnic. He is also a fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London. He proceeded to the Lagos State University where he obtained a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA). Oyefeso is on the Governing Council of the following professional bodies: the Nigerian Insurers Association (NIA), Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) and Nigerian British Chambers of Commerce (NBCC). He is on the board of Trustees of the LASUMBA Heritage also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the Institute of Directors (IOD). BRIG. GENERAL (DR) J.O. AYENI (OON, MD, PhD) Chairman of Ferrano & Associates Limited. He retired as Brig. General of the Nigerian Army in 2007. Doctor is an Alumnus of the Kharkov State University and Moscow Medical Institute in USSR where he obtained Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Science (M.sc) and PhD. in Medicine (Stomatology). A Fellow of International College of Surgeons, Chicago USA. Currently the chairman of Ferrano & Associates Limited. He has at one time and another been decorated, honoured and given political appointments. His presently the Vice President of both African Boxing Confederation (AFBC) and the World Boxing Association (AIBA). Married to Doctor Victoria Oluwabukunola Ayeni and they are blessed with children. MR. FEMI OLUWADEKO (MSc., MBF, ACNIM) Co-founder and pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive Femi is an astute Insurance professional, who was exposed and developed interest in Corporate Finance, Lease Financing, Asset Management, Treasury Operations and New Ventures haven worked as a pioneer management staff with Capitaltrust Investments & Assets Management Limited from January 2006 before joining FIRSTRUST. He is an associate member of Chartered Portfolio & Debt Management Institute of Nigerian (ACPDMIN) and Nigerian Institute of Management (ACNIM). He is an Alumnus of University of Lagos where he obtained Masters in Banking & Finance (MBF), Master in Marketing (M.sc) and Bachelors Degree in Insurance (B.sc). Femi’s career in the financial industry has spanned over a decade. He started his career in 1998 with Equity Life Insurance Company Limited a life specialist company as a pioneer staff, from where he moved to set up the life arm of United Trust Assurance Company Limited in 2004 as life Chief Operating Officer. He has over the years, been involved in Marketing, Customer Service, General Administration, Actuarial Analysis as well as Life and Pensions Management. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance. He joined FIRSTRUST in January 2010 as the Co-founder and pioneer Managing Director/Chief Executive. He is happily married with children.
